Canes of our Chardonnay vines were cut when the fruit was at optimal ripeness, allowing the fruit to dry on the trellis, increasing the concentration of flavours. The grapes were then handpicked where only the best fruit was selected to create this intoxicatingly decadent dessert style wine. Aromas of fresh peach and jasmine bounce from the glass and lead to flavours of grilled peach and creamy vanilla custard with a zesty finish.
