A great depth of rich burgundy colour lead to aromas of black cherry with a subtle whiff of freshly ground coffee and a sense of minerality. Tasting shows more of the delicious dark fruit flavours of blackberry and other dark berries like mulberries. Delicately balanced tannins with gentle acidity make this a wine to savour now or cellar for up to 8 years. Beautifully subtle oak with great fruit flavour.
