2019 Sparkling Chardonnay "Blanc de Blanc" - SOLD OUT
Once poured the wine has a fine persistent bead with aromas of freshly baked Brioche and Citrus Blossom. Flavours of Lemon Curd and Granny Smith Apples abound and leave a balanced refreshing finish. A delightful wine to be enjoyed on any occasion.
The grapes for this refreshing sparkling Chardonnay were carefully handpicked, carted to the winery and then gently pressed to barrel for natural fermentation. The base wine remained on lees for 6 months before the barrels were racked to tank and then filtered in readiness for the Tirage process. Following fermentation the wine remained on Lees for a further 19 months before disgorging.
