Our lovingly cared for Shiraz grapes were hand picked at optimum ripeness to produce this dry, crisp Rosé. The whole bunches were crushed and de-stemmed then pressed to extract the bright vibrant juice which was then fermented in old French oak to produce this delicious Rosé. The resulting wine has aromas of fresh strawberries and raspberries with a hint of lavender intertwined with flavours of candied cherries and fresh Satsuma plums and finishes with a dry crisp tang.
